How can I generate a Convex ShadowHull for any Texture2D with transparent background?

Are you asking how to create a convex shape from an image that has an outline of a convex shape?

If so, Farseer physics engine has some functionality that does just that. You could then take the resulting vertices and create a shadow hull.
