Scale Problem

Hi, so i got Krypton working with my new project but i think the scal is somewhat off, heres an image to show you what i mean:

Its a normal 24x24 image wich is placeholder for the player but krypon is drawn rather small, this is how krypton is set up:

            this.krypton.Matrix = camera.get_transformation(GraphicsDevice);
            this.krypton.SpriteBatchCompatablityEnabled = true;
            this.krypton.CullMode = CullMode.None;


Anyone got an idea how i can solve this?
