Krypton integration as Sun/Moon for 2D RPG

Hello, first of all I like to say this engine is really nice but after playing with the example for a few hours I have no idea how to implement it for my Day/Night cycle in a game with this perspective

I would really like to implement the lights as moving sun and moon but how can i do this since the engine don't take in account when I move a light over a shadow hull to cast a blob shadow, and also the shadow lenght is too long.

Do you got any tips on how to realize this?

Also need help with the included shader, since i don't know anything about shader programming could please someone tell me how to set the shader up that i can have dynamic shadow lenght depending on the time of day?
