Types of Shadows

Shadow Type

  • Solid
  • Illuminated
  • Occluded

var light = new Light2D()

light.ShadowType = ShadowType.Solid;
light.ShadowType = ShadowType.Illuminated;
light.ShadowType = ShadowType.Occluded;

Below is a picture showing the difference between the shadow types in Krypton v2.0

Hi, as stevedunn I can't find the property ShadowType and neither the enumerator.

Hi, I can't seem to find anywhere in the API where these can be specified. I can see references to the in the KryptonEffect.fx file, but how do I get access to them from code? I specifically wanted my hulls to be illuminated whilst still causing a shadow (which it appears quite a few want too).
Great framework though! Many thanks.
